College - the time when teens become adults, trying to navigate through a new stage in life. It’s crazy to think we’ve been out of college for almost 5 years now and we still think about the days of all-nighters, food runs, and all the drama we went through. Here are some of our favorite memories and tips that got us through the tough times.

Making Friends

College is a time to let the real you shine, but you can’t be the only star in the galaxy. Making friends was such a crucial thing to do when we first stepped onto campus. Whether you join an org or make friends through classes, on thing for sure, don’t stay a loner. College is hard as is, the last thing you need is to try and handle it all on your own. Friends are so much more than just people to hang out with, they are your classmates who are going through or already taken a class, someone who has talked to a counselor before on what to do next, or someone to open up new opportunities for you. If you have to, hang out with high school friends that you know are going to the same school as you, but the more you branch out the better!

Handling All Nighters

College isn’t college without pulling an all-nighter at least once in your schooling. We reminisce the nights where you stay up to study or finish a project, but not it’s not something we preferred to do. If you’re reading this and you’re out of college, these are the memories we hold on to because it was probably one of our least favorite thing to do. If you’re going into college, take out word for it, try to avoid it if you can although its one of those "must try” college experiences.
